The City of St. Louis has received funding from the East-West Gateway and other sources to do a reconstruction of the Union-Lindell bridges over Forest Park Parkway and Metrolink. The project will also include bicycle and pedestrian improvements, new energy-efficient LED roadway lighting, new traffic signals, traffic calming measures, and aesthetic elements.
