The City of St. Louis is hosting an open house on the proposed South Broadway Cycle Track Project on Monday, November 6, from 4:00 - 7:00pm. The meeting will be at Carondelet Library (6800 Michigan Avenue, 63111).
The project looks to:
Create a safe, protected bikeway between River City Casino Boulevard and Dover Street/Bellerive Park
Improve pavement conditions and repave older sections on South Broadway
Improve traffic safety by reducing excessive vehicle speeds
Improve accessibility and safety for pedestrians
Update pavement markings including crosswalks
Details on the proposed improvements will be provided. Community input and comments shared will help guide the design and implementation of this project.
